When we develop either a web page, or a web site, for your establishment, you will be asked for a list of materials that are required for the creation of your web page section or independent web site. 
 
The Advertising Materials needed are:

2. Photos of guest rooms and baths
3. A Rate Schedule for your different rooms/suites and/or range of prices, by season
4. A map of your region and departément, locating your establishment  
5. Driving directions from the nearest large city
6. A list of all important information regarding your establishment and its amenities such as:
    
   1. Rating [establishment category, number of stars, etc]
   2. Languages spoken by you or your staff
   3. Number of rooms
   4. Restaurant/dining room
   5. Conference/seminar rooms
   6. Swimming pool
   7. Tennis courts
   8. Horse riding
   9. Meal inclusion
   10. Establishment special events
   11. Special places to visit
   12. Historical information
   13. Architectural style
   14. Nearby:

5. Up to 500 word description of the property’s features
6. Your web site’s URL
7. Your realtor’s web site URL, together with his/her office, cell and fax phones
